CMAP Winding Down Local Football Coverage
Submitted by janjanes on Tue, 11/03/2009 - 15:15CMAP football staff and volunteers will videotape the final two home football games, at Gilroy High School on Nov. 6 and the crosstown rivalry of the Prune Bowl at San Benito High School Nov. 13.
For everyone who wants to relive the moment, DVDs of the entire games are available at a budget saving cost. Whether you want a set of the entire season or just one game where your hero scored big time, call 408-846-4983 x 9 or email dubs@mycmap.org.

Best Documentary Issues – Professional Program, for: “Changing Faces: Community Food Bank of San Benito County” – produced by CMAP, Kathy Bisbee and Emery Hudson.
Best Experimental/Innovative – Professional Program, for: “CMAP Summer Camps 2009” – produced by CMAP, Laura Rodriguez, Kirsten Dorenkamp and Kathy Bisbee.

Member Networking Night

We will feature the announcement of WAVE Award finalists, a screening of short videos from local filmmakers and delicious food and refreshments. The Western Access Video Excellence (WAVE) Awards celebrates community media producers from six western states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Nevada and New Mexico. This year, nine of CMAP’s members and local producers have been selected as finalists. The finalists will be announced at the Member Networking Night at CMAP studios, located at the Gavilan campus.
