You can also download our PSA Registration Form and fax or mail it to us. Make sure to list your first, second, and third choice for your 30-minute production appointment in the CMAP studio.
A CMAP staff member will be contacting you with your appointment time. Studio appointments fill up quickly for this service, and they are made on a first come, first serve basis. E-mail us a jpeg of your logo when you register or bring camera-ready art to your appointment with our professional television crew.
CMAP will turn your information into a script in the teleprompter and tape you doing your own PSA! It’s that easy!
